Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.

If you wish to return a product, please notify us by email at info@clarus-store.com no later than 14 days after receiving the product. Return instructions will be provided to you by email.

The returned product must be unused and in the same condition as when received.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise agreed.

Once we have received the returned product and inspected its condition, we will refund the payment (including the original delivery cost for the standard shipping option) within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used in the original purchase.

If the product has been used more than is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, or functioning, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the product’s diminished value from the refund.
